Who we are

Incisive is operated by Patrick Kennelly, an individual based in Ireland ("we", "us"). When you use Incisive you are contracting with Patrick Kennelly.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Incisive, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

The service

Incisive provides MRCS Part A practice questions, explanations, mock exams, progress tracking and personal notes. It is a revision aid only. It is not affiliated with the Royal Colleges of Surgeons and does not guarantee exam success.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software, questions, explanations and branding. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your access is active.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed period of access and does not renew automatically. See our refund policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Incisive available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is", to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious misuse.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. Consumers keep any mandatory rights in their own country.
